With this in mind, we’ve narrowed down the tradeshows and commercial real estate conferences we think you’ll enjoy in 2019. If you can only attend a couple of conferences next year, pick them from this list! Our Top 2019 Commercial Real Estate Conferences 1. CCIM Global Conference Every year, the CCIM Global Conference attracts the top commercial real estate professionals from across the country. Past events have featured celebs like Steve Forbes and Emmitt Smith, as well as senior executives from Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, WeWork, and more. In 2018, the conference was held in Chicago on October 8th and 9th. While the 2019 dates for this conference haven’t been announced yet, be sure to check back in the coming months to secure your early bird rate for next year. P.S. SIOR Spring and Fall Conferences The SIOR World Conference occurs twice a year, so you’ve got regional options. SIOR conferences give you a great opportunity to network with fellow SIORs, as well as other CRE experts. While registration isn’t quite open yet for their 2019 conferences, bookmark these dates: If you’re based on the east coast, or simply want to visit the nation’s capital, the 2019 SIOR Spring World Conference is scheduled for April 10th-13th at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, DC. Looking for a conference on the west coast? The 2019 SIOR Fall World Conference is going to be held October 17th-19th in beautiful Portland, Oregon at the Hilton. 3. Realcomm Realcomm is absolutely the event you must be at if you’re a commercial or corporate real estate professional looking for the hottest, industry-changing technology. Last year’s topics included artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and more. Realcomm hasn’t announced dates yet for 2019, but last year’s conference was held in Las Vegas in early June. We can only hope for the same, fun city – just in a cooler month! 4. Inman Connect Inman Connect is going bi-coastal in 2019 – New York and Las Vegas. At Inman Connect, you can expect to network with 4,000 CEOs of leading real estate franchises, technology entrepreneurs, marketing executives, top-producing real estate agents and brokers. The first Inman Connect show is sneaking up on us quickly – it’s being held January 29th- February 1st at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in The Big Apple. The second Inman Connect show isn’t until July, so you’ve got more time to register for this one. It’s being held at the gorgeous Aria hotel in Las Vegas, from July 23rd-26th. 5. CRE Tech In addition to Realcomm, CRE Tech holds some of the biggest commercial real estate tech events in the industry. Their past events have been held all over the country – Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, and Atlanta – and have been held at great frequency. The CRE Tech folks have not stated what events they’ve got planned for 2019 just yet, but when they do, know that they’re good ones! 6. CORFAC International Spring Conference Save the date for the CORFAC International 2019 Spring Conference, being held February 20th-23rd in sunny, Scottsdale, Arizona. CORFAC International is made up of privately held entrepreneurial firms with expertise in office, industrial, and retail brokerage, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, multi-family, self-storage, and much more.
